Ja wohl. A new law (introduced Chancellor Willy Brandt's Socialist-Liberal government) has lifted the ban on wife-swapping. It also permits adults to "swing" with pornography and group sex. And has lowered the age limit (from 21 to 18) for homosexual acts between consenting adults.
